Ingredients :
Potato - 2
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Beans - 4
Coriander - finely chopped 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - Pinch
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - to shallow fry
Method :
1. Boil potato and mash it well.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add onion, sauté until it turns transparent in color.
3. Now add finely chopped carrot, turmeric and beans to it. Cook it for couple of minutes.
4. Add salt, chilli powder, and coriander to it, once the raw smell leaves switch it off.
5. Add the cooked vegetable mixture to mashed potato and mix it.
6. Make patties out of it.
7. Mix little water to corn flour powder and make a thick paste. Dip the patties in it and make sure it is fully coated.
8. Next coat the patties with bread crumbs.
9. Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets.
10. Now serve the yummy cutlets hot along with tomato ketchup.
