It is a fiber extension mascara, which means it has small particles that gets attached to the end of the lashes and lengthens them. The mascara wand has small dense bristles, the formula is quite creamy and ultra hydrating. It is waterproof, gets applied easily and dries off quickly. It does add notable length to the lashes without flakes or stiff eye lashes. Another thing which I like about this mascara is it's clump free and stays on for 6+hours. It can be easily removed off using water proof eye makeup
remover.

When I am in a hurry I apply two coats of this mascara and I am ready to go. This Illegal length mascara does add "illegal" length to the lashes.
It is affordable and does justice to it's claim, do give it a try if you get hold of it.
