Ingredient :
Banana - 1 (large )
Powdered Vellam ( Jaggery ) - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/8 tsp
Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
Broken Cashew - 1tsp
Coconut Pieces - 1tsp
Method :
1. Cut banana in to small pieces and mash them in to smooth texture with hands or masher. Add the Jaggery powder and cardamom powder to it.
2. Add the coconut milk to the banana mixture. (To extract coconut milk add coconut to a mixie along with some water and grind it smoothly. Extract the coconut milk by filtering it using sieve.)
3. Dry roast cashew and coconut pieces and add to the shake as a final garnishing. You can serve it cold or have it as such.
Notes :
- Jagger can be replaced with sugar if you like the taste of jaggery
- You can replace coconut milk extract with remade one but I prefer fresh coconut milk.
